GUNA-ARTHRO
This is a medicine with a strong antidegenerative
proclivity for cartilage and bone tissue. Due to recent discoveries in the
rheumatologic field, which suggest that arthrosis is primarily a
metabolic pathology, Guna-Arthro is formulated with the catalysts of the
Krebs’ Cycle, which are fundamental to repair by re-establishing the proper
metabolic function of the chondrocytes via the production of glycosaminoglycans
and mucopolysaccharides. The formulation further enhanced by organotherapeutic
ingredients, such as Cartilago, Funiculus umbilicalis, Connective tissue
Porcine, Placenta totalis Porcine, etc. resulting in reconstruction of
the cartilage matrix. Innovative in Guna-Arthro is the presence of the two
homeopathized growth factors FGF (Fibroblast Growth Factor) and NGF (Nervous
Growth Factor), whose primary activity is the stimulation of fibroblasts.
Guna-Arthro is able to re-establish the correct hormonal balance, a factor which
could otherwise aggravate the pathogenesis of arthrosis, via stimulation by
Calcitonin and DHEA. The Ascorbic acid rounds out the activity of
cartilage reconstruction as it functions as a catalyst of the protein synthesis
(proline and hydroxyproline) of the cartilage matrix. Some other remedies, which
deserve mention, are Glandula suprarenalis, Strontium carbonicum and
Colchicumautumnale. These remedies counteract the degenerative phenomena
induced by the metabolic retardation typical of aging patients. Finally,
considering the fact that the arthrotic process often is associated with
articular inflammation, GUNA-ARTHRO contains the traditional anti-inflammatory
homeopathic ingredients to stimulate articular rebuilding (Bryonia, Rhus tox.,
Dulcamara, etc.). NOTE: Guna-Arthro represents a novel arthrosis therapy.

The 4Ws of Guna-Arthro
Who: Guna-Arthro was developed for physically
active patients that suffer from localised or widespread joint pain and
functional limitations. It is also ideal for active individuals who want to
“preserve and protect” their joints from the consequences of physical activities
which add undue stressors to joint function.
What: Guna-Arthro is an innovative
homeopathic medicine formulated after recent scientific discoveries and
developments in musculoskeletal Apparatus Pathophysiology. Guna-Arthro has
proven beneficial for both the causes and the effects of degenerative diseases
of bones and joints.
When:
Administered at the first symptoms of degenerative arthritis (functional
limitation, pain) to prevent the progression of the disease, or for
revitalization when the disease is already established to promote a recovery of
function and to control symptoms of discomfort.
Why:
Guna-Arthro is an anti-degenerative and
anti-inflammatory effective medicine, without negative adverse reactions, and
specific for the musculoskeletal apparatus. Guna-Arthro treats
arthrosis by acting on the varied and multiple etiopathogenetic causes. Even
when used over long periods of time, it does not cause toxic accumulation and
unpleasant side effects.
Guna-Arthro Clinical
case
A 55 year old worker and former sportsman, who, in
the past few months has complained about an increasing difficulty in going up
stairs, The onset of pain occurs when he is at rest, or in the morning and
gradually disappears with exercise; there is an evident influence of climate, as
it worsens with cold and wet weather; and with the passing of time, the pain has
become persistent. Upon objective examination his knee is painful under finger
pressure; moreover, a functional limitation, a muscle contracture due to
incorrect posture and an incipient atrophy of the femoral quadriceps has
occurred concurrently. A radiographic examination shows a reduction of the
fissure of the joint, accompanied by bone hypertrophy or Osteophytosis.
Diagnosis: bilateral gonarthrosis. As an
alternative, we recommend the GUNA Method and GUNA Products.
Treatment: Guna-Arthro (may be used in
conjunction with Guna-Trauma, 20 drops twice a day, to modulate the phlogosis of
the joints)
Dosage: 10 drops 3 times a day for 2-3 months cycles
at least. Cycles can be repeated; as a shock therapy 10 drops every 30 minutes
for 2 hours.
Guna-Arthro Most common
combinations
Guna-Arthro + Guna-Trauma:
degenerative arthritis of the small and big joints
with clear signs of phlogosis (calor, dolor, rubor, tumor, functio laesa).
Guna-Arthro + Guna-Flam: inflammatory
diseases of the joints.
Guna-Arthro + Guna-Matrix: treatment of
patients suffering from degenerative arthritis, particularly those previously
treated with corticosteroids.
Guna-Arthro + Osteobios: osteoporosis and
osteo-chondrosis.
Guna-Arthro + Guna-Fem/Guna-Male: endocrine
arthropathies.
