Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold 

Acu-Market guarantees all products against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Acu-Market arising from any product sold on the Acu-Market web site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Acu-Market, its owners, employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold.

No Health claims or other representations

Herbal products are food supplements. All statements made describing all products that are sold and or distributed by Acu-Market have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. All herbal and homeopathic products sold by Acu-Market are not meant to treat, cure or prevent disease. Under no circumstances does Acu-Market imply that any and all products and formulas are meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The Customer has not relied upon Acu-Market's skill, judgment or representation in selecting or acquiring herbal, homeopathic and all other products, and that the Customer has relied upon their own skill, judgment and expertise. All requests for diagnosis or product recommendations should be directed to a licensed acupuncturist or TCM herbalist or licensed physician.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against Acu-Market shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders placed on the Acu-Market web site shall be at an appropriate federal or state court located in Palm Beach County Florida.
