Free Ground Shipping

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping within the lower 48 States for any order exceeding $175.00 to a business address.

Exclusions: All paper goods and bulk herbs (2 lbs. or more in a single order) are excluded from free shipping.  When you order paper goods or more than 2 lbs. of bulk herbs, you will be charged the actual shipping charge for those items (even if your order does not qualify for free shipping).

Example 1: Your order is $77.00, includes table paper, and it is being shipped to a business address.  Your shipping charge will be $8.99 + the actual shipping charge for the table paper.

Example 2: Your order is $175.00, includes table paper, and it is being shipped to a business address.  Your shipping will be free but you will be charged shipping only for the table paper.

SAME DAY SHIPPING!

If your order if placed by 5PM (Eastern Standard Time) it will be shipped the same day it is received.  If for any reason we are out of stock on a particular item it will be automatically shipped to you when it becomes available, unless you notify us to the contrary.  Shipping to any other address other than the billing address on your credit card may delay your shipment. 

NOTE: We are unable to ship to any P.O. Boxes unless you specifically requested that your order is to be shipped by the US Post Office. There will be an additional charge for this service.

Our preferred method of shipping is FedEx. We may also utilize UPS or the US post office, which offers fast & reliable service via priority mail.

ALTERNATE EXTRA COST SHIPPING METHODS

3 DAY, 2ND DAY, NEXT DAY AIR AND PRIORITY MAIL ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE!

You may specify one of these methods by indicating your choice on the second screen, drop down menu of the shopping cart when you proceed to check out to complete your order.  Please be aware that you will be charged a different amount than what is quoted in the shopping cart. Please be careful when choosing one of these services, if you make a mistake and we ship your order when you really did not want shipment by air we will not be responsible for your error and you will have to pay the additional shipping cost. There will be a $19.99 surcharge for Priority Mail for orders over $175.00. If your order is large or heavy the surcharge may be increased, please call us if you have any questions.

For these Alternate Shipping Methods, Do not rely on the shipping charge quoted at the end of your order, it is not accurate.

The reason the shipping rate is not accurate is because the cart system is based on weights and we do not currently have the weights of each item loaded into the cart.  Charges are based on box size, weight, and geographic location.  We will be happy to e-mail you or telephone you with the cost of one of these shipping methods upon your request before your order is shipped.  

BACKORDERS

We make every effort to keep an adequate supply of inventory on hand for all of the products we sell, however due to market conditions and the seasonality of some of our products there will be backorders of certain items at times; unfortunately this is beyond our control. Our policy, unless you inform us otherwise, is to ship backorders as soon as the product becomes available. You will be charged a nominal shipping charge for any and all backorders even if your original order qualified for free shipping! We will try to ship your backorder by the lowest cost carrier as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All shipments outside the continental US will be charged shipping charges based on international shipping rates and surcharges.

Shipping charges for international orders cost more than US domestic orders!

Customers are responsible for any duty, taxes, import fees, etc. which may, or may not be assessed by your government. The minimum order for international shipments is $50.00 of merchandise.  Any order under that amount will be deleted from our system. The weights of our items are not setup in our online catalog, therefore the exact shipping charge will be determined after the order is received,  just prior to shipment. Charges are based on box size, weight, and location.

Do not rely on the shipping charge quoted at the end of your order, it is not accurate.
