RETURN POLICY
Return, refund and exchanges must be made within
14 days of purchase: All returns must be accompanied by a copy of
your invoice. We will refund your original purchase price less the
actual shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping,
your refund will be for the amount of the item (s) less the cost for
us to ship the order to you. Pricing for returned items will be based
on the actual price you paid according to our records. All
returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original
packaging. We reserve the right to impose up to a 20% re-stocking
charge. You must contact us prior to return to obtain a return
authorization number, which must be written on the outside of the box
and on your invoice enclosed with the returned items. When you obtain
the authorization number, you will be given the proper address to send
back the returned items.
We will not accept any package that does not have a
return authorization number written on the outside of the package!

Orders
All sales are final!
You are advised to investigate your country's rules and regulations
regarding the products you are interested in purchasing before placing
your order. Acu-Market will not be responsible for any difficulties
encountered with the importation of our products. Acu-Market will also
not be held responsible for any shipment that is lost once it leaves
our facility and we show proof of shipment.
minimum order
We have a domestic minimum order value of $7.00.
Orders under $7.00 will incur an additional $1.50 handling fee due to
the high cost of processing small orders. The minimum order for
International shipments is $50.00. International orders under $50.00
will not be processed.
drop ship charge
You
will be charged a $2.41 handling fee if you are a practitioner and you
have us send an order directly to your patient.
ADDRESS CORRECTION CHARGES
It is essential to provide us with an accurate and
correct address when you place an order.
UPS charges a $6.00 or $12.00 address correction fee for any error in
the address you provide. Even if you spell your street name
incorrectly UPS will impose the charge. If you make a mistake in the
address you provide to us we will charge your account for the $6.00
(ground) or $12.00
(next day, 2nd day or 3 day air)
that UPS charges us for the mistake.
Please be very careful to provide the
correct address and zip code!
